Your enrollment and the selected care plan will be communicated to our staff immediately upon registration.

Your website will be added to the onboarding queue automatically by our customer support and development teams.

Our two-hundred-item new-staff orientation checklist is typically finished in less than two days.
Due to the fact that we only do secure updates once per week, plugin updates may not be finished during onboarding.
The manual effort required to increase website performance is time-consuming, thus speed optimization can take up to two weeks to yield excellent results.

  • Continuous uptime monitoring
Our uptime monitoring system can be linked to your website. This feature checks the availability of your website by sending out a ping signal every 60 seconds.

  • Secure upgrades
We'll make sure every one of your plugins, themes, and core files is up to date without incident.

To ensure the success of any upgrades made to your site that involve more complicated plugins (such as those for eCommerce, multi-language support, membership management, etc.), we may do additional testing.

  • Premium plugins are free for clients on our higher plans. This is pretty terrific value considering the overall prices of our care plans.
  •

The satisfaction of our clients  is the standard by which we evaluate our own performance. Our company has an entire department devoted to ensuring the satisfaction of our clients, and getting you started is a major focus of that department.

Change Your Site Whenever You Want, No Limits

In 24 to 48 hours, once our staff has finished the onboarding process for your website, we will begin making modifications.

A number of channels are available for submitting requests to update the website, as described in the welcome email you received upon signing up.

  • Send an email directly to our support staff (their email address is included in the welcome email).
  • Ping us on CRM

Edits to any page's content, banners, headers, and footers, plugin settings, CSS tweaks, blog content and context, new landing page creation, landing page formatting, picture and text editing, discount code addition, and shopping cart updates are all included in the unlimited revision policy. When we say "unlimited," we really mean "unlimited."

Custom development (PHP, plugins, themes, etc.), upgrading custom code, graphic design, PSD to WordPress, content creation, and the establishment of a new website or subdomain are not included in the unlimited modifications.

Such is, the addition of a blog post.

Your blog material, together with any images and accompanying instructions, will be uploaded to the WordPress platform.

You want us to write a blog entry, track out relevant photographs, and post them to WordPress, but you won't provide us with any guidelines for how to style the text.

Alterations to a WooCommerce Store

You've provided us with all of the information we'll need to create a new product for your WooCommerce store, so we can get to work right now.

You want us to build you a one-of-a-kind WooCommerce checkout, but that's not included.

Incorporating a fresh plugin is one such instance.

Included: You want us to install and configure a plugin so that you may access the plugin's in-built features.

Except for the fact that you asked us to design a feature that doesn't already exist in a plugin, which isn't included (this would require custom development which is available at an hourly development rate).

Revisions to webpage text are one illustration.

Included: You'd like us to replace the information on your About page with the text you sent us via email.

Excluded from this offer: You'd like us to create the copy and/or layout for your About page.

To cite just one instance: problem solving

Included: You would like us to fix any issues that have arisen as a result of updating, activating new plugins, or making any changes to your website's theme or plugins.

Not included: You want us to update your hosting, which is the job of your hosting provider, or you want us to modify your plugin, which is the job of the plugin's developer.

Any sort of bespoke programming work is something we'd be pleased to assist you with. Our hourly rate is suitable for a task of that nature.

Adjustments to your site's search engine optimization, for instance

You'd want us to alter some page titles and meta descriptions and correct any SEO mistakes highlighted in the most recent report.

You need our assistance with keyword research, rank monitoring, backlink outreach, or SEO consultation, but those services are not covered.

Case in point: problems with Google Search Console

Included: You need our assistance correcting a few of nitpicky WordPress issues that have cropped up in your GSC account.

We will not incorporate your request that we address every problem with your GSC account in the same order of importance.

Yes, although depending on the volume of requests or the difficulty of the tasks at hand, response times may be longer than expected.
Many customers are curious about our no-limits revision policy. Oh, but it's real! When it comes to the number of revisions we'll make for you, "unlimited" means "unlimited."

We don't believe in charging more for providing technical support; instead, we ask for a monthly subscription fee in exchange for our assistance.

The average ticket response time is 2–6 hours, while the average resolution time is 24–48 hours.

At WordPress Squad, we get a lot of inquiries concerning our response and resolution timelines. This is the most forthright response we can offer you: it is ticket specific.

As a result, we don't have a formal SLA, just a rough estimate of when we should have the revisions done.

Process of making changes to a website

We promise to manually respond to every support ticket submitted through email within 2-6 hours to let you know that we have received it, evaluated its complexity, and begun working on a solution.
All resolved tickets and requests will be followed up with an email detailing the modifications made.

Yes! Our WordPress management services cover the entire WordPress environment. In the event that updates are causing conflicts, we will contact the developers of the affected plugins and themes to see if they can assist us resolve the issue at its source. So that you don't have to wait in line for 30 minutes if your hosting company's server goes down, we'll go on live chat to help them assess and fix the issue.

Since WordPress Squad handles every aspect of website management, you'll never have to stress over a technical issue again.

No! You can contact us by email or our customer relationship management system.

Our staff will constantly look for the simplest way to implement updates to your website(s). For the sake of keeping the website's core structure uncomplicated, we will refrain from doing any custom work. If something actually needs special development, we will implement the steps outlined below.

How custom application is developed

Yes.
Many websites, we know, have a large number of administrators, workers, contractors, freelancers, and consultants handling a wide range of tasks behind the scenes. With the help of other sites, we are able to make dashboard access even more convenient for everyone. Conflicts should be avoided as long as WP Buffs is aware of any technical updates to the website made by another party.

Help in Case of Emergency and Continuous Tracking

Whenever there's a change in the state of your website, we have automated methods to detect it (s). With our monthly plans, they ping your sites every minute of every day.

Using these pings, you can ensure that your site is not returning an error code of 400 or 500.

Our system will notify our support staff if your website goes down or if it begins acting strangely, and they will then investigate the problem.

Because of how we're organised, we have members of our team located all over the world. The majority of our staff is made up of Americans, but we also have remote workers from throughout the world. This allows us to serve you around the clock. If your site goes down at 3 a.m. on a Sunday, we'll have someone on the team aware of the problem and working to fix it within a minute.

Safeguarding WordPress

Premium WordPress security from iThemes Security Pro and BlogVault is included with your WordPress Squad website management subscription at no additional cost.

We will install these premium plugins and configure them specifically for your site during the onboarding process so that you can have peace of mind.

There is never a simple installation and activation process for premium security plugins. We take every precaution to ensure that your websites, with their individual layouts and features, are as secure as possible.

When necessary, we will additionally install extra safeguards in your WordPress control panel and on your server. Even though your hosting provider is in charge of keeping your server safe, our staff will check in to make sure everything is up to par (and recommend upgraded hosting if necessary).

If you're concerned with the future of your safety, then yes!
To restore your compromised website, our team of security experts will do the following once you subscribe to our website:

1) Look around the site quickly

2) Remove any malware that may have been installed.

3) Then look for security flaws like out-of-date plugins and themes.

4) Put in place a security framework to fortify your website against intrusion.
One-time malware removal is not a service that WordPress Squad offers. You've probably come to us because you want to improve your site's appearance and stability, as well as ensure its continued safety. Our friends at Malcare are the ones to call if you need permanent protection from malware.

Being a security firm, we take all necessary precautions when transmitting sensitive information such as user names, passwords, payment details, etc.

Enhancing WordPress's Speed and agility

Our accomplish Plan and above provide comprehensive coverage for speed and performance optimization. Websites we administer are significantly impacted by the hours of manual optimization and paid plugins we use to make them speedy.

Our staff conducts a comprehensive review of your website and hosting infrastructure as part of the onboarding process. Because of this, we can tailor a solution specifically for your website and implement it, drastically cutting down loading times.

Additionally, we provide regular website speed maintenance. Maintaining a fast load time for your website over time can drastically improve your competitive advantage.

During the onboarding process, we'll walk you through our secret processes and install our top-tier plugins to ensure maximum efficiency.

  • Image optimization
  • Query string removal
  • CSS and Java script minification
  • mobile optimization
  • request grouping
  • browser caching
  • image lazy loading
  • compression
  • inline critical CSS
  • server response time reduction
  • content delivery network support

Here's how it goes down in detail:
The GTmetrix cascade, Google Pagespeed Insights, and Google Core Web Vitals are just few of the tools we delve into after onboarding and our audit.
Given the specifics of your website and infrastructure, our performance engineers will test and implement the measures necessary to optimise its speed.
When we have reached a point where no further advancement is possible with your current infrastructure, our support team will let you know.
Increased investment in physical infrastructure can sometimes yield additional results (a premium CDN, upgraded hosting environment, etc). If this sounds like your situation, we'll give you our honest opinion on what you should do next and do our best to facilitate your decision.
We also routinely monitor and optimise for speed to ensure the best possible experience for our users. Maintaining a fast load time for your website over time can drastically improve your competitive advantage.

Websites that use numerous marketing plugins, serve Google Ads, and have other monetization alternatives might be difficult to optimise for performance while trying to maximise revenue.

Though we may not be able to get a perfect score on these platforms, we are confident in our team's ability to offer meaningful outcomes while not disrupting your current revenue streams.

No. We aim for website loading times under 1 second, but we never guarantee them. Anyone making such assurances is trying to sell you their services and collect your credit card.
However, most of the websites we administer load quickly under 2 seconds, which Google recommends.
Loading time under 2 seconds may be unachievable for some websites. If your website is on shared hosting with 20,000 other websites and has 20 Google Ads displaying external information, it may be slow.
If you follow our speed engineers' advise, use suitable hosting, and balance marketing and growth objectives with minimalist performance optimization strategies, you should be able to achieve loading times under 2 seconds.

Yes, even though we don't do the actual relocation ourselves!
Although our staff doesn't actively perform migrations, we do collaborate with a small number of hosting providers who are industry leaders. All of our suggested hosting companies offer free migrations if you choose to host your website(s) with them.
We have years of experience working with all of our chosen hosting companies, so we can safely attest to the calibre of their hosting services, customer service, and emphasis on performance and security.
Our team will be pleased to suggest the hosting company that will best meet the unique requirements of your websites (including wanting the site to load faster). After you sign up with your new hosting company, we'll coordinate your migration with them and you. Our team will ensure a smooth transition with no downtime while their migration team handles the actual relocation.
After the migration is finished, we'll take control of your hosting environment and maintain its optimization to make sure your website is taking full use of its new, quick server!

No. Website owners who want their site to load faster and stay that way for the long haul are the only customers WordPress Squad serves with its speed optimization services.
Websites can benefit from a one-time speed optimization to improve load times, but unless the site is constantly optimised for speed, it will slow down again as content is added and updated over the coming weeks and months.
For the foreseeable future, we plan on working with people to regulate the speed of their website.

We do not have an in-house SEO team. But we can recommend you.  Truly Madly SEO can assist you.

Our Plan doesn't include search engine optimization services, but we do aid with speed and Core Web Vitals optimization. Having a group dedicated to making your site faster is becoming important as load time is becoming a more important ranking criteria for Google.
Search engine optimization is an ongoing struggle. An SEO company will analyse your site thoroughly and advise you on how to improve it. We suggest that you contact one of the SEO firms we work with on a regular basis.

WordPress Upgrades and Updates

WordPress Squad updates plugins, themes, and core files on all managed websites. Also:

  • complete testing before updates (when necessary)
  • updating safely
troubleshooting after updates to verify designs and operation
  • Pre-update backups

Our engineers will back up your core files and database before we start updating. Safeguard!

Engineers update WordPress weekly.
This is safer than daily updates since it prevents developers from mistakenly releasing a plugin or theme with a security problem.

WordPress Sqaud safely handles updates during low-traffic hours to avoid difficulties during peak hours.

First update staging.
For further protection, we can update your staging server before pushing them live.

WooCommerce, membership, etc. websites benefit from this.

Third-party premium plugins?
WooCommerce Subscriptions, for example, will be updated by us. We can receive the revised file and licence via WeTransfer or your plugin account logins. Updates only require the plugin and licencing.

You must buy premium plugins and licences directly from the developer.

That's because of a couple things:

  • It's not uncommon for issues to be introduced into plugin upgrades. The plugin author can fix these issues before we add them to your WordPress site if we delay updates.
  • If you group together many changes, you can review them in one go. That means there is less potential for something negative to occur or your website to get broken.
  • All of these revisions will be implemented on the weekend, when website traffic is typically lower. That means your guests will have a less stressful day and less potential for harm.

However, we usually make an exception for the most important plugin updates, such as WooCommerce. When significant updates become available for this, we will roll them out much more gradually to prevent any disruptions to your site's functionality.

Upon request, we will use your hosting provider's one-click PHP version setting if available.

If you don't have this choice, then your host will need to update your site's or server's PHP version.

If you have any problems after installing the update and are on a Protect, Perform, Custom, or Custom Pro plan, we will submit a ticket to the host on your behalf.

If you're on the Maintain Plan and a PHP update that wasn't performed by us breaks your site, you'll need to get it resolved with your host or upgrade your care plan to include tweaks by WordPress Squad.

Powerful, Individualized Features

Even if a feature isn't explicitly included here, it may still fall under our Accomplish Plan, especially considering how frequently new technologies enter the WordPress ecosystems.

  • Internet-based shopping first (WooCommerce, Easy Digital Downloads, WP Simple Pay, etc)
  • Affiliation and Participation (MemberPress, Restrict Content Pro, s2 Member, etc)
  • Knowledge Management (LearnDash, LifterLMS, Sensei, etc)
  • Languages (WPML, Polylang, qTranslate-X, etc)
  • external API/software integrations (auto-populating real estate listings, etc)

Yes.
Every single WooCommerce store, as well as any site that accepts payments or donations directly from its visitors (such as Easy Digital Downloads, BigCommerce, WP Simple Pay, Give, etc.), must subscribe to our Perform Plan.
We recommend our Tailor Pro Plan for any and all custom-built or heavily modified themes and plugins.
A website is exempt from this rule if it takes payments or donations handled by a third party (the donor enters their payment information on a different website, etc.).
Our staff will monitor your WooCommerce store as part of your website management subscription to help you increase sales and revenue.

Enhancing existing offerings with brand-new ones

We offer unlimited minor website updates, which includes the ability to add or remove any products from your online store. Simply provide us with the necessary information (including photographs, descriptions, and other details) about your new products, and we will set up the appropriate product pages for you.

Performance

Our experts will assist you in setting up the infrastructure and ensuring a quick and efficient checkout process if you run a high-traffic WooCommerce store, whether you get a steady stream of visitors via search engine optimization or have sudden, big spikes in traffic. We'll make sure your site is prepared to handle a single shopper or a thousand at once without sacrificing the quality of the checkout process for any of them.

Verified Upgrades

As a company, WP Buffs follows a secure updating policy, which is especially crucial for the sometimes-tricky WooCommerce upgrade process. All WooCommerce changes will be carried out in a staging environment before being pushed to the live site, allowing us to catch any potential problems before they go live.

Staged processes

People need to be able to buy things from your business at any time. This is why we are pleased to offer a procedure whereby all updates are made in staging before being released to the public. This means you'll have to wait a little longer for your updated website to go online, but you won't have to worry as much about downtime or checkout problems.

Updates to your website's plugins, themes, and core files will be performed on a staging server before being sent live. So that there is no downtime between updates, we will immediately deploy the new version of your site to the live server.

  • We are pleased to take care of any staging areas provided by your hosting company.
  • If that's the case, WordPress Squad will provide you full access to a staging site we set up for you.

Do you have a way to move information from a test environment into a live one (such as a Membership, eCommerce, or LMS) without erasing any of the existing production-level information?
It's not necessary to push all of the website's content from a staging server in these situations.

The things that need to be pushed are picked and chosen depending on the modifications made. It may be necessary to manually transfer some data or content from one database to another.

You have the option of pushing just the updated files to the live version of your site if, for example, testing simply involved making edits to files.

A website's staging environment should only be used for testing or for making temporary changes. After the first day, the benefits of using a staging area diminish. This will lessen the risk of data loss at the manufacturing facility.

No, that's not always the case!

WooCommerce, Easy Digital Downloads, BigCommerce, WP Simple Pay, and similar solutions are necessary for sites that process all payments and donations on-site.

We can also administer your website under our Protect or Maintain Plans if it accepts payments or donations that are handled entirely by a third party (the user submits money on a different website, etc.).

Yes.
There are many membership sites that we oversee. With regular checks and upgrades, we guarantee that all secure access points will always be available.

If you're looking for a staff that can quickly learn your site regardless of its architecture, we're a perfect choice because of our extensive experience with all the most popular membership plugins.

We also recognise the enormous burden that comes with managing members' payment information and credit card details. You can trust our team of security professionals to keep your site free of viruses, blacklisting, problems, and outdated software.

Over at WPMRR, we administer our own membership site, so you can be assured that we are familiar with every facet of membership site management.

Because of the complexity involved, custom-built (or heavily customised) websites needed our premium plans. Our Tailor Plan and Tailor Pro Plan are designed to meet your specific needs.

Websites that make use of premade templates, plugins, or page builders have the advantage of having their content regularly updated by the product's creators.

Keeping your bespoke website's engineering section up-to-date manually is a time-consuming and resource-heavy job that our WordPress Squad staff is happy to take on for you.

This is why these sites need a premium package! Our responsibility extends to every website in our care, and we treat them all with the attention and resources they require to function at their best and remain secure and reliable.

If your WordPress site meets these criteria, you need our Custom Plan.

  • custom-built theme
  • Highly customised theme files
  • site uses custom plugins
  • site uses any heavily modified plugins

If you want to know what website theme you're using, you can use this tool. It's likely a bespoke design if the theme is titled after your domain or company.

A bespoke plugin is one that was written just for your website, or one that had additional functionality added to it by a developer.

If any of the following describe your WordPress site AND your site contains complex features, you need our Tailor Pro Plan.

Remote staff of the WordPress Squad

Yes!
Regardless of where they are from, this is a prerequisite for employment on our support team. Since English is the only language in which we offer help at the moment, it is crucial that all prospective employees demonstrate proficiency in the language.
By working entirely remotely, we are able to hire the most talented people from all around the world. That means some of our team members are not native English speakers. This does cause occasional minor slips. It's important to remember that we're all just human.
Every member of our team is fluent in English, and we use supplementary tools like Grammarly to ensure that the service we offer around the clock is always polished, efficient, and infused with our own brand of personality.

Since we're a distributed team, we pull in talent from all over the world.

This allows us to serve our customers around the clock. Team members in Europe, Africa, and Asia are always hard at work, even when their counterparts in North America and South America are fast asleep (and vice versa).

We also have round-the-clock coverage on the weekends thanks to our weekend support team and our regular employees.

Therefore, if your site goes down at 3 a.m. on a Sunday morning in your time zone, someone from our staff will be alerted and will begin working to fix the problem immediately.

No.
To sum up, not in the sense that you might be imagining. Some businesses will accept your money, then pay $2 an hour to subcontractors to do the same task you were paying $100 an hour for. As you'll see in a while, that's not really our thing.
Every member of our team, including those working on your website, is identified and publicly acknowledged (s).

As a group, WordPress Squad is considered "international"
Our about page will show you that our team members originate from all corners of the globe. Members of our team can be found all over the world, in places as diverse as North and South America, Europe, Africa, and Asia.

Any and all interested individuals, whether full-time or otherwise, are encouraged to apply.
There are both full-time and part-time employees from all over the world contributing to our team's success. The schedule is completely flexible, and everyone is able to set their own hours.
Our Instagram page is a snapshot of our happy, motivated, and flexible workforce.
Every member of the team who is responsible for maintaining WordPress websites on a part-time basis must put in at least 20 hours each week.

Everyone is made to feel like a vital part of the team.
Nobody on WordPress Squad cares about their own schedules more than they care about the company's principles, tracked goals, and mission. Check out our How It Works page for additional details.

Because WordPress Squad was intended to prioritise a 100% remote work environment, we have personnel working from across the globe. While we're a US-based organisation, we have team members spanning Asia, Europe, South America and North America.

You know who's working on your website(s) (s)
Unlike some other organisations, we have a team page where you can view anyone who works for us (full-time, part-time, contractor, freelancer, etc) (full-time, part-time, contractor, freelancer, etc). We're proud of the company we've established and the global workforce that powers it!

We have a Client Success Team
We have a client success team with the specific job of making sure you're successful working with WordPress Squad. While our support and technical teams will handle your website(s) on the day-to-day, our CST will be reviewing your account often to guarantee you have a good experience with us.

We give all our clients free access to premium plugins
Every website under a qualifying subscription gets iThemes Security Pro, WP Smush Pro, and WP Rocket. You're more than welcome to purchase and use these plugins yourself (in fact, we encourage it!). But if you want access to these plugins as well as a team of WordPress pros to activate, integrate and optimise them for your particular website, acquiring access through a WordPress Squad website management subscription is the move.

You'll be (indirectly) donating to causes we all care about \sWhen you invest in a WordPress Squad website management membership, a large part of your monthly payment goes towards the 100% free development time and support we donate to organisations like herresiliencycenter.org. HER Resiliency Center helps vulnerable 18–25-year-old women make great decisions and flourish. HER helps young women achieve independence and a new life through mentoring, courses, and devoted and highly trained employees.

Our internet feedback and client stories are amazing.
Customers speak for us.

We provide white-label partnerships.
WordPress Squad provides a simple, effective white-label solution to design businesses, marketing organisations, and freelancers. We'll be your technical partner for continuing website modifications, performance improvements, security, and maintenance for your clients.

Subscriptions to WordPress Squad don't provide you with all the support you'll need for your WordPress website (yet...).

We'd like to recommend a few reliable partners with whom we've had productive past experiences working.

Hosting for WordPress websites

Yes! Any website, regardless of its hosting service, is compatible with us.
Those are, but are not limited to:

  • Shared hosting
    Managed
  • WordPress Hosting
    VPS
  • AWS (requires our Tailor Pro Plan)
    Google Cloud
  • Pantheon (requires our Tailor Plan)
  • And many more!

We recognise the diversity of website requirements and the need of staying within reasonable financial constraints.

However, it's possible that a shared hosting provider won't allow us to meet your desired load times and security standards. We offer an excellent selection of reputable hosting providers we may suggest if you decide to upgrade.

Not at all; that's why we need your hosting account details.

WordPress Squad requires access information to your hosting account when you sign up to work with us to guarantee the following:. In the extremely unlikely event that your website goes down, we can provide emergency assistance. Regardless of whether we access it through hosting, FTP, or the WordPress dashboard, we can always assist you in whatever way we need to with regards to hosting.
However, if you need assistance with hosting, our team is here to help! Examples of such items are: initiating a help desk ticket on your behalf. tweaking the hosting environment to improve load times. setting up WordPress add-ons for the host server (content delivery network, caching, etc. Taking matters into your own hands and contacting the hosting provider about a problem you may not fully grasp

Details of what IS NOT included in our website management packages

  • Complete control of a private or dedicated server
  • Controlling Servers on AWS
  • handling large outages and hosting issues that are the hosting provider's responsibility

No!
We'll take over the day-to-day operations of your WordPress site while keeping it hosted by your current provider (s).

In a shared hosting environment, we may not be able to meet your performance and safety requirements. We have a wonderful list of recommended and reliable hosting partners if you're interested in upgrading.

You bet! Because of our team's extensive background, we are well-equipped to manage AWS-hosted websites. To put it simply, you're in good hands here! With the Tailor Pro Plan, we take care of everything for WordPress sites hosted on Amazon Web Services.

Financial management

I'm game whenever!
If you choose to reduce your website management subscription, you will no longer have access to the enhanced features that increase both site speed and security. Make sure you can take care of these details on your own before proceeding with the downgrade.
Your website management subscription(s) are always subject to your immediate and complete discretion via email to our support staff for any changes you may desire.

I mean, come on, you have to know! As of May 25, 2018, we were in full compliance. Here you may learn more about what information we get, how we gather it, and how we put it to use for you.

NO
In our Privacy and Terms of Service Policies, you may find the specifics of our return policy.

As a company, we recognise the need of adaptability. That's why you can change or cancel your plan whenever it suits you best.

We're best as your primary WordPress technical partner. So we can guarantee all site changes follow our strict protocols. We prefer to make technical adjustments to your website alone.
However, many websites have many backend users doing various activities. Schedule a call with our team to learn how we can manage your websites and make it easier for various dashboard users to work together!

High-Quality Add-Ons

Signing up for WordPress Squad's website management services grants you unrestricted access to our premium plugin partners at no additional cost.

We'll install those paid add-ons and tweak their settings to work optimally with your site throughout the onboarding process.

There is more to installing and activating a premium security plugin. Each client's website has its own design and functionality, and our staff will adjust every setting and option to provide the highest level of security.

You will lose access, but you can always buy the premium plugins again.
When a website's subscription to our website management services expires, we are unable to provide any further support for it.

You will no longer be able to use our licence to run the plugin if you cancel your WordPress Squad subscription (or downgrade to a subscription that does not contain a premium plugin).

You are welcome to purchase a licence for any of these premium plugins and keep using them indefinitely.
